Today, I created Prezi presentation All about me. I really enjoyed this program. I feel that this is a great way for a presentation. This is more of a guide and not like a Power point.

 We are creating a VoiceThread as a group. our group had not really used Keynote very much. this was great practice.
i really liked commenting on the VT.

How can I apply this in my classroom?

Using Google Docs, a a great way to Collaborate with others in the class. I really enjoyed the project. It was nice to work on the same document and see how it came together.

Today in class wee used Google Hang outs and Google + . I really enjoyed the Hang outs and how you can have up to 10 people in the same video conversations.

I really LOVED the sKype activity. I really enjoyed the digital field trip. I really Had a great tie with the Dance lesson and how incorporated literature.
I see how there would need to be planning for this ahead of time. I am going to try and plan to have a NASA presentation during my space unit. I am excited to implement new tools in to my class next year.
I am scared about teaching 2nd grade next year. Change is hard. I think that learning a new core will be a great way to teach new technology in my classroom.

This week I will be following the Pearl Harbor feed that we created in class. This will start Sunday @6am.
I started following shortly after the bombing started.I truly felt that this might be real. I think this was a great activity. I enjoyed that the tweets actually correlated.  I enjoyed having this experience and think that this would have a huge impact on the learning of my students. I am going to make a goal of doing this at some point in teaching. Thank You for this great learning tool.

I think that using twitter is a great way to respond to class disscussions. 140 characters helps students focus on what needs to be said

I really liked twhistory. I really enjoyed the activity that we did today. I am excited to see Pearl Habor Bombing posted on Twitter this Sunday. I really would like to ry this in my classroom at somepoint.

I really liked the facebook get to know you activity. This would be a fun way for students to create a bond. Also, It would be fun for students to post compliments on other students posts.

Today we are at the 2nd half of the course. We will be revisiting all of the tools from the 1st half of the term, and how they will apply to our students. I am really excited to try some of these tools with my students.

How can I use sounds and pictures with making sure copyrights are present.

I really enjoyed creating my PLN project. It was so fun to see how other teachers in our class displayed their creativity. I am really excited to use UEN tools in my classroom.  I have used many of these tools. but I am very excited to use the Smithsonian and wonderoplois. I really liked the different presentation tools that were used with the PLN presentations.

I am glad we were able to create a project that displayed the things we have learned in this class. We  have really learned alot of fabulous tools in this class.
