Today is the beginning of my second class. We will be using web 2.0 and develop a PLN.

Web 2.0 = A Web 2.0 site allows users to interact and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue as creators (prosumers) of user-generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to websites where users (consumers) are limited to the passive viewing of content that was created for them.
This is not the first version. This the remodel, the 2nd version .
Make sure to monitor site regularly and remove any inappropriate content.  All communication with students need to be school related.
Keep all communication open between parents and students.

sharing information and learning from others.
I want to be creative and  find way to connect and share ideas.

I am not to sure about Twitter. I like it but, I feel that this needs to be something that I will spend a lot of time keeping up with
I will give it a try.

I am really excited about Zite. I.

2. What am I going to take back to my classroom and use?

Today was a great day. I realized that I was very nervous to get up and speak in front of adults. I always feel sick to my stomach when I present. I am so glad that my presentation is over. I feel a huge burden off of my shoulders.

I am glad that I have made friends who support me though my scary situations.

Right before I got up my to present my power point decided to crash. I guess it is just my luck. I really need to learn to save often.

I survived and lived through it!

My students are great.  They make me who I am.!

I learned today that we all have a mindset. And that we need to realize that our students do the same mindset. How can We do it together. IF I do it you do it!

***** Embarrassing moment for today******

I was evaluating another presentation. My Apimac timer went off. IT was awful. IT said : Times up! Times Up!  I felt awful.

Class one down. Class starts next Tuesday! Bring it on!

Today I presented my Teach like a champion  presentation on Ratio and Checking for understanding.
I showed a power point and presented for 5 min. I was kind of nervous. I felt I would have done better if I would have presented with the group.

I really enjoyed watching the class present on their lessons. I really liked seeing what the class struggled with was the same things as I did.
